As required by OAC Section 3701-36-14 and ORC Sections 3709.062 and 3729.05 (A) a public hearing is being held due to the change in campground fees which were determined by the recent cost methodology conducted of the program.

As required by the Ohio Administrative Code Rule 3701-21-02.2 (A) the Scioto County Health Department has conducted the annual cost methodology of the Retail Food Program. License Fees in all Risk Levels and Temporary License Fees are proposed for increases.
