  • Fridays:  9 am - noon
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card if you have one, and your COVID-19 vaccination card (if you are getting a second dose or booster shot.)  COVID-19 vaccines are provided free of charge.  If you have insurance, we are allowed to bill your insurance company for a small administration fee to help us cover the cost of our clinics.  However, if your insurance doesn't pay, you will not be billed.  You will NEVER have to pay out of pocket for a COVID-19 vaccine

Children under age 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  (If a legal guardian, please bring proof of guardianship.)

We currently stock all 4 types of COVID-19 vaccine authorized in the US.  Another vaccine (Pfizer for ages 6 months - 4 years) is currently under review.  If and when it is approved, we will offer that vaccine also.
